At World of Chris Collins, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened luxury packaging and secure them in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
